Main Responsibilities
  • Assist customers on service enquiry
  • Provide support to Field Technicians on parts/consumable request
  • Conduct service marketing on consumable sales & meet service requirements
  • Log in customer request for Service Job & ensure Job are assigned to Field staff to follow-up
  • Provide quotation to customers' enquiries on service /consumable / parts purchase
  • Call answering at call centre
  • Data input on service activities (Job feedback & update system)
  • Generate invoices & follow-ups
  • Follow-up documentation on service requests
  • Liaise with internal & external staff on progress of Job assignment

Requirements
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in admin coordination
  • Good Customer Etiquette

  • Follow up on calls/emails for repair work that are completed, pending and parts-in (Warranty and Chargeable) status
  • Follow up on calls for overdue debts
  • Release completed and/or return items without repair jobs to customers
  • Assist customers on service enquiry
  • Conduct service marketing on consumable sales & meet service requirements
  • Log in customer request for Service Job & ensure Job are recorded for follow up
  • Data input on service activities (Job feedback & update system)
  • Liaise with internal & external staff on progress of Job assignment

  • NTC/ITC in Electronics/Engineering/Mechanics
  • Experience in servicing & maintaining of multi-function copiers
  • Relevant experience in Office Automation line a plus point
  • Good Customer Etiquette
  • Male applicants must have completed NS
  • Possess own vehicle (bike or car)
